Bruneau Jasper is found in orbicular deposits in Idaho.  Composed mostly of chalcedony/ microcrystalline  quartz, iron oxides infuse the stone with colorful bands and patterns.

Although this stone is known for its repeated circles or eyes, atypical colorations and stripes can also be found.
